Tyler Ellis

His philosophy when it comes to personal programming and personal training is centered around taking on each client he works with as an individual. Tyler takes continuing education very seriously and is constantly learning through seminars, courses, training camps, and books. His motto’s is “once you think you know everything is the minute you stop learning”. His Resume includes:

Sashia Ellis

Her quest to better her knowledge is of top priority, and truly believes that as a coach you must better yourself and keep learning. Sashia firmly believes that exercise and health is a very personal component of every individual’s life. By getting to know everyone as an individual to see how they tick is the key to real change and consistency in that area of their lives. She values everyone who crosses her path and desires to know them inside the gym and out. Coaching people to get to their goals is something she absolutely loves to do. Working out and really trying to get to where you want to be isn't always pretty. She has had her fair share of up's and downs, and knows what it takes to get to where y It take a lot of hard work, a lot of discipline and a ton of willpower, but she always want to show people that it can be a fun process. You don't have to do it alone!  She had always had a very active lifestyle and always trying new sports. In High School She was in Wrestling, Track (Hurtles), Muay Thai, and Swimming. Muay Thai was definitely a more predominant sport in her life, alot of hours training for her fights and cutting weight. She eventually found CrossFit with her Husband Tyler Ellis, and have been hooked ever since. Her Resume includes:
