Yup, its just the two of us. We have been coaching together since 2011.

tyler ellis

Owner/ Coach

Tyler, the mastermind behind the workouts, personalizes every program for his clients. He prioritizes ongoing education, attending seminars, courses, and devouring books to stay ahead of the curve. His motto, "Once you think you know everything, you stop learning," perfectly embodies his commitment to continuous improvement. His Resume includes:

Sashia ellis

Owner/ Coach

Sashia Ellis doesn't just talk about fitness; she lives it. With a competitive background spanning wrestling, track, Muay Thai, and swimming, Sashia has always thrived on an active lifestyle and the challenge of pushing boundaries. Her rigorous training in Muay Thai, in particular, instilled a deep understanding of hard work and relentless perseverance.


Today, as a mom of two and alongside her husband Tyler Ellis, Sashia pours that same dedication into CrossFit. As a coach, her greatest reward comes from seeing her clients succeed. She understands that the path to fitness has its hurdles – she's faced her own – but Sashia's unwavering drive empowers others to conquer those obstacles and achieve their aspirations.
