We are grateful to be able to open our doors to the public, and we cannot thank you all enough for your support. Just know that this situation is temporary and is subject to change whether it is weekly, monthly or even longer. These are strange times and we appreciate your patience.
Why are we imposing these new procedures? Even though the governor of Arizona allowed gyms to be "open" we still are imposing restrictions on classes. Why? because our top priority is for the safety and health of our members and nothing is more important. So please follow these procedures that we have developed.
This is very important, because this allows us to make sure that class do not become overcrowded and adheres to the CDC guidelines. The classes will be capped. If you are unable to reserve your class because it is full, we are sorry for the inconvenience, but this is something that needs to be adhered to. You may not show up without a reservation.

Just like we did before we closed, you must clean your equipment after use. We will also be doing our part in sanitizing door handles frequently and as always making sure that the gym is clean and safe for everyone.
We are currently NOT allowing walk-ins at this time, you must call or email us ahead of time to reserve your class. If you are not a member and you would like to start your 3 day trial or a drop-in these must be scheduled over the phone or via email.
Class sizes will be limited so we ask that if you reserve a class and cannot show up please make sure you cancel your reservation. If you do not cancel your class reservation, you may be denying an opportunity for another member to use that time slot in the gym. We understand that circumstances change, but if possible, please make sure you cancel your class as soon as you are aware that you cannot keep your reservation.
Please do not come to classes if you are sick, even if you have a cold. Please stay at home and rest up.
